On a recent trip to the US, I wanted to try a hamburger that isn’t made of beef.

I like beef, but I was challenged by a friend who works for a company called “Impossible Foods”.

“Impossible Foods” makes vegetable burgers that apparently cook like beef, smell like beef, and taste like beef.

Their “Impossible Burger” came in three types, all of which were delicious.

Because it’s more like beef than I expected, I would eat it again!

 

以前、出張でアメリに行った際に「インポッシブル・フードス」という会社に勤めている友達に牛肉で作られていないハンバーガーに挑戦させられました。

インポッシブル・フードスのハンバーガーは牛肉のように調理し、食感も味もまるで牛肉だと感じるもので、実は野菜で作られたハンバーガーなのです。

インポッシブル・フードスはハンバーガーを野菜で作る専門の会社です。

このハンバーガーのセットは三つの種類が入っていて味は全部美味しかったです。勿論、普通のハンバーガーも好きです。

予想以上に牛肉と似てますので、また出張でアメリに行った際は食べると思います。笑
